Four highly trained sales engineers and seven customer support engineers, located in three offices (Melbourne, Perth and Sydney) and backed a team of administrative staff, provide all necessary professional support to customers throughout the region – Australia, New Zealand and Oceania.
PANalytical Australia has its Headquarters in Sydney, which is also the home to our back-office for Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and IT support services to our Sales and Customer Support organization.
Within the PANalytical structure, Australia belongs to the Asia Pacific Region with its Headquarters in Singapore. Being a part of the regional organization, Australia has access to the Regional Applications Laboratories in China and Japan and other specialist resources across the region.
